SCHOLARSHIPS AVAILABLE

I am seeking for highly motivated students to collaborate on a TUBITAK funded project on resource allocation in cooperative wireless communications.

Deadline to apply: July 23, 2009, 18.00

Wireless communications is now an integral part of everyday lives. We use many wireless enabled devices such as cellular phones and laptop computers everyday. In the future, with the introduction of the radio frequency identification technology and vehicular ad hoc networks, wireless devices will be even more vital for our everyday activities. To attain the highest possible performance in wireless channels, this project aims to exploit cooperative communication and proper resource allocation methods.

If you are interested in performing research in this area, please contact with me. I encourage the interested students to apply for the graduate program in the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department at TOBB ETU. For more information about application requirements please follow this link. (The Turkish version of this announcement is here.)

Education
Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Polytechnic University, Brooklyn, NY, USA, August 2007.

B.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey, June 2001.
