Seminars on Signal Processing and Communications

TOBB ETU Seminars on Wireless Communications

Treasurer, ISIT 2013: IEEE International Symposium on Information Theory, July 7-12, 2013, Istanbul, Turkey

For Prospective Graduate Applicants:

I am continuously seeking for highly motivated students to work on various aspects of cooperative communications, such as adaptive modulation and coding, and resource management. If you are interested in performing research in one of these areas, please contact with me. I encourage the interested students to apply for the graduate program in the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department at TOBB ETU. A strong background in probability is advantegous.

The next application deadline is in June 2012. Please check the website for Institute of Science and Technology for application details. In our group, there is one opening for a masters degree.
Education
Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Polytechnic University, Brooklyn, NY, USA, August 2007.

B.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey, June 2001.
